Immediate Action is Necessary to Get the Compensation You Deserve
If you or someone you care about has suffered a personal injury due to another's negligent acts, you may be entitled to compensation for medical costs, pain and suffering, lost wages and more. However, you must take immediate action. Michigan law imposes strict time deadlines on these actions. If you fail to act in a timely manner, you may be barred from pursuing compensation.

We Help You Navigate the Complex Worker's Comp System
If you have been injured on the job, you are entitled to certain benefits under Michigan law. The Michigan Worker's Disability Compensation Act represents a trade-off of sorts for the employee: the employee receives compensation for any job-related injury regardless of fault, but the nature and extent of benefits is limited to that provided by the Act. The Act also represents a similar trade-off for employers: the employer is liable for some benefits in nearly every case of workplace injury, but this liability is limited, even in cases of employer fault, to the nature and extent of benefits provided by the Act. The risk of workplace injury thus becomes a cost of doing business.
